ADHD 2

I went jogging this morning, and broke the sessions, hahaha!!!

And just noticed that everyday we jogging for just about 20mins, walk to and fro spend 15mins ++, and spend some time in the outdoor gym...

So the actual exercise time is not adequate, that's why no efficient in keeping slim >.<

Hopefully can cure my hyperactive ^.^
